The written contract you sign governs the actual snow removal service – triggers, scope, pricing, and season dates. Where these website terms and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement wins.

Content on this site – including price ranges and service descriptions – is provided for general information and may change without notice. Ranges are typical figures, not offers; your written quote is the number that counts.

Liability

We are responsible for the services defined in a signed agreement, performed with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for conditions outside an agreement's scope – for example, ice formation between scheduled visits on properties without a salting program.
