My driveway drops toward the river. Can a slope like that be cleared safely?

Not the schedule, but it does change the priority on a property. Anyone using the crossing or heading out on Old Montreal Road is doing it down the same escarpment grade, so on the properties near the river the first pass puts traction on the approach and the walkway before anything cosmetic. Getting off the property safely is what that pass is for.

Are you based out this way in the east end?

Our office is on Parkin Circle in Gloucester, on the east side of the city rather than the west, but Cumberland village is well past it and we have nothing in the village itself. Cumberland is covered by a dedicated seasonal route with crews assigned to the ward for the whole winter and capacity reserved for contracted properties, and that reserved capacity is what actually determines when your driveway gets done.
