What we collect

Separately, the website collects usage analytics (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you interact with pages) through standard analytics tools.

How we use your form data

Form submissions are used to respond to your request – to ask follow-up questions, prepare your quote, and schedule service. If you become a client, the same information runs your route sheet and invoicing. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Analytics: Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity

We use two analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) collects aggregated usage data – pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and traffic sources. Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) records anonymized session interactions such as scrolling, clicks, and heatmaps to show us how pages are actually used. Both tools receive data under their providers' own privacy terms, and neither is used by us to identify you personally. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser opt-on add-on, and limit both tools by blocking their cookies.

Cookies

The site uses cookies required for basic functionality plus the Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity cookies described above. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Data retention and your rights
